Hi!
I’m trying to use TTS in the Home Assistant Cloud configuration page, but it is not working for me. When I send the message the echo says that having problem to access Simon says skill.

Can anyone help me about it?

Echo's cannot use TTS integrations. You need to follow the documentation for the Alexa Media Player integration which you used to make the device appear as a media player. It uses the notify service instead of a tts service.

This is a custom component to allow control of Amazon Alexa devices in Home Assistant using the unofficial Alexa API. - alandtse/alexa_media_player

Yes. Alexa Media Player is working good, but Nabu Casa offer the services for integration with Alexa, that isn’t working.

The thing NC offers related to Alexa is allowing you to control your devices by issuing commands to your Alexa.
It doesn't provide a service to let your Alexa speak out messages.

I’m having trouble too today. I’ve been using this for a few years but today I’m getting Alexa saying the requested skills response is invalid, when I try control any device it just tells me it’s not responding. HA is working and can control devices, Alexa is working fine with everything else just not HA, is there a problem with the NabuCasa service in Europe?

Try restart the hardware that is running HA.

Restarting HA restarts the software. Have you rebooted the system? (in the advanced options of the HA restart menu)
