Cannot get Home Assistant Green to factory reset

I was changing the IP address for my Home Assistant Green on the ubiquity UDM
Not sure what happened, but I can no longer get my Home Assistant Green to even show an IP address. I tried to factory reset as I have a good back up the steps that they show are not working for me. I then created a set up on an SD card will not factory reset that way either can anyone help?

Do you have an hdmi display and usb keyboard you can hook it up to?
