This seems to be restricted to MQTT entities/devices. Pretty much all of them are cycling through "unavailable" every 4 minutes. 2025.1 in docker, been running for a couple of years. Mosquitto in docker, 2.0.20. I've monitored MQTT messages, and nothing weird. Mosquitto and HA are not restarting. From the logs, it looks like HA just rescans all the devices every few minutes, putting them unavailable and then restoring the state. Example log book attached. Note it isn't restricted to one source of MQTT; for example, it affects zigbee2mqtt things as well as a custom sensor I have.
