It's basically saying that the firmware is too old - update the firmware on the stick

Brother, I am not experienced in zigbee.. you want me to read all this, which I understand, but flashing a device, this is something I need some confidence from someone who knows a little more than me.

In todays video we are looking at Sonoffs Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus. These dongles are great and come pre flashed with the Z-Stack_3.x.0 firmware and are ready to work straight out of the box.

I would highly reccomend updating the firmware on them though in order to utiise newer features and sto support more connected Zigbee devices.

using Silabs Flasher addon in HAOS.

At first I turned off Hardware control flow off but it failed to flash, then I turned it on and tried again.. this time it worked.

Now I can connect Zigbee2Mqtt with my dongle.

incase someone knows something, please do share.

This device worked with ZHA BTW, it takes a long time, sometimes fails but does work with ZHA.

with Zigbee2Mqtt it doesn't seem to work, I have tried multiple times no luck.
