I feel like I am missing something, or it should be easier.

I have had Home Assistant for years, but I have really never used the dashboard. I set up my automations and mostly I tell Alexa what to do.

I recently got some TP-Link Kasa EP25 energy plugs and was trying to get them implemented in the dashboard. Maybe I'm doing it right, does it just take forever?

I have to add the card and then scroll (or search) for every little thing. Like current use, daily use, monthly use.

I have to make a graph and select one of those again.
Each time I make a graph it saves and I have to scroll down and edit it again.

Also, I'd like it all combined or compared. I did one at a time over in the energy dashboard as well. Is there a better faster way to integrate these? And / or make the charts a little more automatically somehow?

Maybe it is as simple as me using a different card or something. Can someone recommend what card they might use to make it easy?

For this I've been using a Sensor card for each entity (current wattage or what have you for a plug, last time switched on, that sort of thing - is all an 'entity'), setting them up can be a bit of a pain but once done they should just track the thing and no more searching

Picture is a super simple example, you can get more complex

You can use other cards for it though depending on what you wanna track
