Hi everyone,
Apologies if this is a duplicate post, but I couldn’t find a solution to my issue so far.

I’ve connected a conference speaker to my Raspberry Pi 5 via USB, where I’m running Home Assistant (version 2025.1.3). I’ve set up Whisper, Wyoming, Assist Microphone, openWakeWord, and configured the pipeline, which I believe is correct.

The problem is that I’m not getting any audio input or output on the Raspberry Pi device. Interestingly, I can use the Home Assistant Android app for voice interactions, and it works perfectly, but the microphone attached to the Pi doesn’t seem to function.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I take it the RPi is your HAOS host. I don't know if this is still true, but a while back Assist Microphone needed a host reboot (not just HA restart) to detect the peripherals
