I've had motion sensor in my HA for a few years, most are zoom multi function for outside. I'm consider a couple inside, but would like them to be hyper sensitive, like if my 12lb cat moves a foot...or my leg wiggles.
Is there any relatively inexpensive options out there...bonus points for zwave

You’re looking for mmWave. They can be sensitive enough to detect someone breathing. However, you don’t want to get those kind of sensors on anything other than WiFi— too much traffic from the sensor will choke your zwave or zigbee network.
Apollo automations mtr 1 or msr 2 are good options. I also like the Aqara fp2 but others don’t.
