config and hardware?

spring minnow
#

I`m also using the HACS addon in HASS

#

Frigate restarted automatically yesterdaya, but now I`m back with this every minute

2025-01-21 07:21:30.906639980 127.0.0.1 - - [21/Jan/2025:07:21:30 +0100] "" 400 0 "-" "-" "-"

I stopped HA to rule out the addon, the message still shows up every minute.

Updated to beta7, getting the bad request every minute right after restart as well...

that is nothing to worry about

#

I would suggest changing the ffmpeg config to

ffmpeg:
  hwaccel_args: preset-vaapi
  path: "5.0"
spring minnow
#

What does path do?

#

Tried to find in docs

rough swan
#
# Optional: ffmpeg configuration
# More information about presets at https://docs.frigate.video/configuration/ffmpeg_presets
ffmpeg:
  # Optional: ffmpeg binry path (default: shown below)
  # can also be set to `7.0` or `5.0` to specify one of the included versions
  # or can be set to any path that holds `bin/ffmpeg` & `bin/ffprobe`
  path: "default"
