I've got a Hue bridge and I'm looking to add some zigbee sensors starting with the Aqara Motion Sensor P1. Will it pair with the Hue bridge? If not, do I need to buy the Aqara bridge or is there a generic bridge that works with devices from different manufacturers?

You should get a zigbee coordinator for the P1. If you’re really ambitious, most people would recommend pairing all of the hue stuff to the same coordinator and ditching the hue hub entirely.
