I've read a few posts on reddit about the length of time a restore is taking.
About 24-28 hours ago I took my second attempt by recreating a VM and attempting to restore from my backup. The backup is from my old (destroyed) instance using the Google drive backup add-on.
I'm seeing that there is a substantial amount of RAM in use and the CPU spikes occassionally but still nothing.
Observer reports as healthy.
