anyone running any ceiling lights that they like? I found the Govee one on Amazon only 50 bucks. I see the version before is listed as compatible but not this one. https://a.co/d/1lx3ysm. Has anyone used this one successfully or using a different light they like that works better?

I like the Aqara Ceiling Light T1M. It's Zigbee and I have it set up through z2m. The only thing missing in terms of functionality is the fancy side light strip effects.

And once it comes to the USA, I'm interested in the Philips Hue Datura Round Ceiling Light. Wanted this originally rather than the T1M, but it's not yet available in the States.

I grabbed the sonoff 3.0 usb dongle and the ceiling light you mentioned. I just installed zigbee2mqtt and will work on pairing it when I get the light installed

It doesn’t work because nobody has figured out yet how to add it

Got ya. I just set the light up and I can control the light but yea I read about being individually addressable but they can't get it to work without the app

It’s a super nice (huge) BRIGHT light

I really hope that someday somebody with the knowledge can add effects to it in ZHA or z2m, but I’m clueless how to do that.
