looking for inexpensive battery-powered camera (outdoor) without cloud to integrate in HA

I've done some research on that topic.
The Reolink cameras only work with an expensive NVRs, Eufy cameras only work with a weird workaround and Arlo cameras have no integration at all.

Is there any camera, that works out of the box with HA? (rtsp or any other way)

Blink cameras need a hub, which isn't optimal either
