and I wanna now if anybody have something already running. I wanna switch to a n100 based PC and using something like this would make my whole HA/Home Server more girlfriend friendly because there wouldnt be a weird usb thingy sticking out of the device 😂

as far as I understand from this specsheet its just using a USB Host Interface over the PCI-E Lanes, so HA should be able to pick it up?

You'll need an external antenna on that, so you'll still have some "thingy" sticking out
Also, any USB device needs to be on an extension cable
And finally, multi-protocol doesn't work well, you'll need one for each protocol you want to use
