Unplugged server running HA and plugged it back in in a different location (via hardwired ethernet vs wifi). My entire thread network, except a single switch, has now greyed out in my dashboard. Any hints or theories as to what has happened? Devices were initially added to HK (They are all Invovelli Thread/Matter switches), then shared to HA and removed from HK, then added into HK via HA's HK bridge.

Update: weirdly, a single switch is still recognized. 14/15 are now greyed out, otherwise.
did you go power cycle them?
what are you using as a thread border router? what does your network layout look like, what are you using as a router?
the most likely cause for this sort of problem is that communication between home assistant and the thread border router isn't working. both need to be on the same network link, since the thread border router has to be able to receive mdns requests sent by HA, and HA has to be able to receive IPv6 router announcements sent by the thread border router (both of those protocols rely on link-local broadcast)
My thread border routers are two Homepods (a mini and a full size one) and an Apple TV.
