I want a dimmable lamp that we can control with HA/Zigbee but can achieve a super-low brightness.

I need a lamp configurable with HA, which I can turn up at night without waking my kids.

I know Philipps HUE got it, but they are expensive—50€ or more.

Is there a solution for Smartlight that does not require paying that much?

Why not get any dimmable bulb and just dim them

Alternatively there are plenty light strip / bar / deco lamps which are also dimmable out there if you prefer more indirect lightning

I guess I expressed myself wrong. I am using a dimmable lamp.

The problem is that it still has a strong bright even at minimum.

Yea that kinda gear is probably the worst that could be bought.
If hue is too expensive you could have look at wiz for pretty much the same hardware, or if zigbee is of interest both Ikea and innr are also good options

Personally I enjoy the light bars from the hue line as "dark" lights. Pointing them towards the walls makes this rather pleasant as it's enough light to orientate while it's also just in places where it's not annoying
