Hi folks. I use a separate account for all subscription 'things' and top up when needed. I let it run too low and my HA Cloud subscription payment failed.
Here's the thing - I've loaded more funds, but it won't allow me to use that same payment method again (and it doesn't mention that it will try again in 24 hours like other services). So I'd have to set up a new payment method, or delete and re-add the same one.
Just thought I'd share that feedback as some just won't bother (if they're on the fence about the cloud perhaps) which might hurt sub numbers...maybe!
