Hello, paired this up with my ZBT1 on my HAOS unraid server. It worked great next to my ZBT1, now about 20 feet away at the front door - it is unresponsive. Range issue?

6 meters should be no problem, but you should do the pairing again now that it is installed at the door. What also could help is adjusting the angle of the ZigBee antenna.
