I am looking to have all my services locally on my network.
As a french guy, there isn't a lot of options in term of good sounding open source tts service.
The only one that sound good and (I suppose) is open is from the nabu casa suscription.

Does anyone know the service they use as tts ?

For english yes there are other options like kokoro that works great but for french it's more limited

I was just watching this video about making custom voices with Kokoro. Too bad we are missing languages, seems good. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tl1wvZXlj0I

Is anyone using Kokoro right now for their home assistant TTS?

Kokoro it's a small TTS model that's really high-quality that can be run both in Colab and locally very easily.
