#Assist disconnected

My new Assist (Home Assistant Voice Preview) was pulled out and was out of power for a few days. Now when I connect it back again it is a twinkling blue light. Home Assistant has no connection to the device. What to do?
Take a look in settings/integrations and look for ESPHome and see if its there, if not you can manually add it if you know the ip.
it was there and after a manual reload from the GUI all is well again
