There are energy meter devices that can work for bigger appliances.
You'll just have to make sure the one you buy can support a larger load.
Consult the user manual of your appliance to get a sense of its power draw, add some reasonable safety margin and then check the rated continuous load you can put on those sockets
If out of range or still in doubt, either resort to one of those energy meter only devices like from Shelly, or if the load is even exceeding those, pick a clamp on monitoring solution
