#Dashboard no more accessible via ip:port from browser and companion app

Hi,
‼️ Sorry if I'm not posting in the right channel but it seems the only apporpriate with a "start here" button.
Since couple of days, my interface is no more accessible through http://ip:port url in any browser and from the companion app (which uses a domain name reverse proxied to ip:port). However, using http://homeassistant.local:8123 works fine. I can also ping the ip and telnet on ip/port. Note that the url I use has been confirmed from settings>system>network>ipv4>url of home assistant
Any idea what can prevent me from accessing it? Thank you.
