Reinstalling HAOS on Proxmox

I have run in to some odd issues with my current install on proxmox, I tried to restore backups, yet they still persisted.
Issues started after multiple power cuts and upgrade to 25.1.0.0
(system kept restarting, could not install updates, acted like a corrupt drive)

So I decided to create a new VM with proxmox scripts on a different SSD.

I cannot get past the initialisation phase.
i5 7500 (2c HA) and 48GB of ram (8GB for HA)

This time it worked? just took a very long time (I let it run 1-2hours before hand, but this time it "only" took 1h)

a full reinstall and restore seemed to have solved my original issue. not sure what had caused it
