Hi. Our heated towel rack currently has an regular wall switch. I'd welcome recommendations for a paddle style wall switch that can handle 2 amps (and maybe more if these pull extra when initially turned on?). The device says 240 watts at 120v. Most of my other switches are zooz, and I'm generally happy with them. My current hub is a zooz 700 series.

It's now cold here in the northeast US, and my wife asked me why I turned off the switch this evening, since she likes a warm towel in the morning and it takes a while to heat up. Obviously to save energy 😏.

I replied this is a perfect use case for HA. She replied she "didn't want to have to tell Alexa to turn it on, because it won't be warm in time." I said it would turn and off automatically (which I'd handle with the schedule node in NR).

Thanks for any recommendations.

I'd assume a towel warmer is a resistive load, shouldn't be any motors, but I don't have one.

2 amps is not a lot. most wall switches are designed for 10 or 16.
