Hey folks

I currently have an old Philips Hue dimmer (4 buttons) mounted to our bed's headboard for controlling the bedroom lights and it's seemingly quite unreliable in the last year. It's bound directly to my zigbee2mqtt setup rather than a Hue bridge, and all the other devices seem to have been fine, so I think this one is just not what it used to be and it's hurting the spouse approval factor of my smarthome!

I would love to hear what people recommend for this these days. Obviously I can do zigbee, and I also have an Everything Presence nearby if there are decent bluetooth options, but it does need to be battery powered.

Thanks!

It’s impossibly cheap so the build quality won’t win any awards. If you’re coming from something like Hue that could be a negative
