Tautulli is connected to my HA through the integration but everyone/thing shows up as unknown and more than half of the entities are disabled. Has anyone has this problem before?

It's normal for an integration to disable lots of entities off the bat just to minimize the overhead to the state machine. They are there to be enabled if you want them. But it doesn't mean something bad.
