I need to figure out where an entity is defined. An automation I have refers to the entity "automation.bathroom_sensor_activity" - this however does NOT exist as an automation. I've searched automation.yaml and I only see this one reference to it. The entity is showing up as valid and with a state (invalid state which is why I need to find it's definition).
I've searched scripts, automation even a full text search on everything in the "config" directory. Nothing shows up. Under automation or anywhere else.
