My M.2 drive retention thingy rolled to Narnia while I was trying to install my SSD. Since it seems to be very non-standard, I can't find a replacement part. And since there's no contact info for actually contacting the company for reasons that baffle me, I have to ask here: does anybody have a line on a standoff that's compatible (i.e., the standoff screws in from the underside)?
Relatedly, is there a way to complain to the actual company rather than through all these public places? I don't like this one bit.
