Hello, everyone. I hope I'm in the right channel. I've been facing an issue accessing the Home Assistant app. The error that appears is 'HAKit.HAConnectionImpl.ConnectError fout 0'. The URL used is correct; I’ve double-checked it, and yet the issue persists. I’m trying to access from an iOS device.

Is it a local URL? The Nabu Casa URL?

I have the same issue using iOS and Nabu casa url

I’m able to see the login and password page, but after that I get the error

Btw, I was able to access on pc no problem

I was able to connect now, after removing the https, and remove the / after casa url

Not sure if that was what fixed, but at least I’m logged in now

It's exactly the same problem, it still persists here.

I don't have any issues accessing on the computer, the problem is when entering the app.

Setting up the app should be started with the local URL, so it is discovered automatically when the device is on the same network, or you enter it manually (ie 192.168.1.50:8123)

Then the app would in turn discover the Nabu Casa URL as provided by the HA server and set that automatically.

But that can also be manually set in the companion app settings.
