Zigbee2MQTT suddenly not running, and won't start | Home Assistant | Page 1

Hi all, my HA setup has been set and forget for many months now. Suddenly about a day ago I noticed that my zigbee devices on my HA dashboard were no longer connected/responsive. When I go into Zigbee2MQTT, it states that "The add-on is not running. Do you want to start it now?" -- but then when I hit 'Start Add-on' it takes me to a "Error code 502: Bad Gateway".

Any ideas on what might have caused this sudden change and/or what would be best for me to do to resolve this sudden issue? I don't have auto-updates enabled. Version list is below:
