adding Zigbee2MQTT for the first time. Devices show in the panel but not in HA devices | Home Assistant | Page 1

I'm a very green user when it comes to homeassistant. I've been looking up videos and I've tried a variety of things but I can't get this to seem to work. The devices are just some temperature monitors and they are fully displayed and functional in the Zigbee2MQTT panel of HA. However, no matter all the tweaking I do to to the config files or re-installing the mosquitto broker I can't get it to work.
