What network operations are performed during the "Checking Network Connectivity" stage of the matter onboarding process? Previously I had my matter devices connected to homeassistant, however recently some of them lost their IP's. Now when I try to re-add them The onboarding process hangs on "Checking Network Connectivity". Where should I start trying to fix it?

The first step of the matter joining process involves setting up the matter device with the keys to join your network (either thread or wifi). after it does that, your cell phone talks to the device directly to confirm that it has connected to the network.
