suddenly - since the last couple of days, my HA instance is showing as not connected to my NABUCASA cloud account. This has been working perfectly for over a year. My subscription is paid and valid, and I have set the NABUCASA cloud credentials in my HA instance. However, also worrying is that I am unable to submit a support ticket to NABUCASA CLOUD team, to check if anything is wrong with my subscription. My HA instance is showing a message 'fetching subscription' - thats all I see. So seems there is an issue fetching the subscription.

I have the same problem since some days
My cloud is connected after some minutes, cloud is disconnected.
hi einfall - thats kind of re-assuring its not only me. Can you submit a support ticket to nabucasa ?
@pliant basin if your HA server has issues, and this is also present in the browser...are these on the same network? Do you have an issue reaching nabucasa.com on mobile data (if you have the option)?
Have you tried restarting your router?
This would be about "fetching subscription" status. Do you have that too?
Connecting and then disconnecting sounds like a different issue. Likely related to HA itself.
hi - thanks for reaching out. I just tried on my 4G connection - and access works fine . There is a curious mismatch however . Iam sending you screen sho of the sttsus from the 'settings' screen showing 'Home Assistant Cloud logged in and connected'. but when I go into Home Assistant Cloud screen - it shows 'Cloud Status :Not Connected' .
Is there any way to contact subscription support for NABUCASA cloud ? Although HA cloud works fine - over 4G - I am unable to add HA to my google home account as I get an error 'could not reach Home Assistant Cloud by Nabucasa' . Hence my conern that the status in the hoem assistant settings seems to be agree with what google home is giving me.

But this next screen shot is bozzare -when I use the nabucasa URL i.e. the cloud URL - it works. According to me - if the status is not connected - then the cloud URL should NOT work. I can only conclude there is some mismatch in the connection status
Can you get the system info (Settings > System > Repairs > 3 dots in the upper right corner) for local and when connected using NC URL?

You are not looking for repairs. You want to look for the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the repairs page
