Any fine tuning as such needed for device tracking for automations?

I have some ideas of automations based on zones. For testing I have created few zones as Home, gate, store (which we usually goes to).

I created this test automation to understand how the alerts are - I have created an automation with few triggers each with trigger ID and then Action based on the trigger ID to send notification to my mobile.

Notification part is working good but few issues 1. delay in notification and for some reason the gate notification had been triggered through out night, not the home one though (since I can leave gate only after leaving home). Either way, that shouldn't have triggered like that. I tried to check log for the device and there are none

2. I purposefully left and entered all these zones, my 1st notification that I left home came in less than 5 secs which is good, but all the other zone notifications are delayed a lot and came together after a while entering home . 🤷‍♂️

Is there a way I can fine tune this? What steps I can take care to better understand?

We have an iPhone and Android, I tested this on my Android phone.

• I use VPN daily on my mobile , but I excluded HA app on my phone . So that is ruled out.
• my zones radius is less than 20 , does that matter ?

If you are tryi9ng to GPS home and gate, and they are less that a quarter mile apart, you will find the GPS will wonder that dar like when you are sitting in the house and it will false trigger. Where the signal is low OI think, phone locations wanter. The reception is bounced or you only have 2 satellites or something. Works better for things farther apart.

Not sure if this is related, I keep getting this notification to give permission but none are missing if I see. What to be done? And is this issue related?
