It's still in the docs, so it should work.
Of course that resource has to have the info you are asking for available and the resource itself has to be available...

It's coincidence that it stopped w/ your upgrade, http://ip.jsontest.com returns a not found page.
You could either wait and hope the site comes back, or just switch the resource to something like https://jsonip.com/
