Hey guys, i seem to be misunderstanding something or be missing some information.

I run HA in a docker on unraid. This is my 1st time doing all of this. I managed to get zigbee2mqtt containre to work with my SLZB-06 and connect it to the mosquitto docker. Now as a test i did pair my 1st lightbulb, it shows up in z2mqtt, i can control it in z2mqtt, and it also shows up in the mosquitto logs as new device detected blabla. so all of this works.

Now how do i get the zigbee devices into HA so i can make automations etc? I went to integrations and added the MQTT integration, but nothing seems to change? Where do i find my devices aaaaaahhhhhhhh

MQTT integration in HA just says "0 devices and 0 entities"

but both z2mqtt and mosquitto report the lightbulb correctly with correct payload and i can control the bulb in z2mqtt

To achieve the best possible integration (including MQTT discovery):
In your Zigbee2MQTT configuration.yaml set:

homeassistant:
    enabled: true

immediately it says "12 entities" in MQTT integration now
