Hi, I was hoping someone might be ableto help. Total newbie here.
I want to use a voice command to add something to a shopping list, but my Echo adds it to its own list, rather than the one on my dashboard. How do I make it add to the dashboard instead? Thanks

The way I was doing it is using Anylist. Integrate it to HA and Alexa, then you able to use it from both.
But the last argument to completely ditch Alexa for me was when Alexa stopped working seamlessly with lists, and I had to say "ask Anylist to add bread to shopping list"... That was super annoying, and I moved to HA Assist.

Thanks for this! I'll give any list a go. It's a shame you can't just replace Alexa, but still use the Echo device
