Successfully connected my Voice PE to wifi via Home Assistant Devices. It then redirected me to redirect/config_flow_start/?domain=esphome to "finish setup". ESPHome setup is asking for the host and port. Unsure what to put there, I don't have one. I have successfully completed step 5 https://voice-pe.home-assistant.io/getting-started/ of this tutorial but am stuck on step 6. The home assistant voice device does not show up under Discovered or Configured, but everything before that worked fine, and it is successfully connected to wifi.

Update: Resolved. Had to specify LAN IP of the freshly connected voice assistant as "Host" in ESPHome setup modal.

Yeah I've tried on phone and desktop web repeatedly, same issue, ESPHome host and port. Any ideas? 🙏
I don't have ESPHome anything installed as devices or addons. I did try the ESPHome addon but once it was running successfully after being manually setup, the ESPHome modal I screenshotted above still wasn't able to connect to anything. Also seems unnecessary since it's not what is showing in Step 6 of the PE Getting Started instructions. I've since uninstalled the ESPHome addon and tried another factory reset install, still no luck, asking for ESPHome Host/port.

What version of home Assistant do you have?

Is it supposed to use cloud assistant at this point? I am connected to home assistant cloud.

I think at that point it's supposed to show up in devices and integrations for you to add via improv ble

Thanks. It did show up as discoverable, I added via improv ble and setup wifi successfully. It then directed me to the screenshot I sent above to setup ESPHome. I haven't set it up before and it's asking for a host and port. No expected host works (lan ip etc), not surprising since I haven't setup esphome.

I'm reading another setup guide that mentions:

Once that’s done, the device will connect to your Wi-Fi successfully, and you can tap Continue to move to the next step.
Next, a pop-up will appear asking if you’d like to set up ESPHome. Tap OK to proceed. The Home Assistant Voice will then be listed as a discovered ESPHome device. Select it and tap Submit
I click OK after setting up wifi and and then it redirects me to setup ESPHome with a Host and port.

Figured it out - the Host I have to manually enter needs to be the new LAN IP for my freshly connected home assistant voice device.
