I recently bought the Home Assistant Connect ZBT-1, but no matter where I plug it in, it doesn't appear in Home Assistant for me to discover/add.
Is there anyway for me to get it to work? I looked up the issue and it doesn't seem like the batch it was apart of is affected. Batch: 432402

Would someone be able to help me figure this out.
Are there additional details I need to provide to help make this process easier?

I plugged it into my NAS(which runs Unraid and hosts the home assistant) and i've plugged it into other pc/laptops/hubs hoping something might show up

I am having the same problem with my ZBT-1 plugged into my Zimaboard where Home Assistant is running. Anybody find a solution to this?

Are you running in docker or vm?

If vm, you did passthrough the USB port, right?

If docker:

If you're trying to run thread on this thing I'm gonna stop you right there. Run HAOS on a VM unless you like pain
If you're trying to run ZHA/Z2M on it, try reflashing the relevant firmware on it first. https://connectzbt1.home-assistant.io/firmware-update/
