You could do that, or just a state trigger - it'll be "on" during the event

The way I would approach this is to break it into several steps. 1. Create time of the day sensors for each timing block (4 in total), 2. Create a template sensor to select the correct sensor for the current month 3. Create automations using the template sensor as a trigger.
