I ordered mine from Webhallen in Sweden on the release day. It then said preorder, and that release date was the 27th. Now the status is changed to "not in stock" and the only communication I've received is that it will be shipped when back in stock.

How can a paid reservation not be sent on the date promised when paid? Can you from the NC side see stock levels for suppliers?

I've had very bad customer support and delivery experiences with Webhallen before.

At what time did you buy it?

As in, shops sold out quite quick and some of the shops had an option to backorder
