Inovelli White Dimmer not reporting power values

Hello, I am having difficulty getting power values to report for inovelli matter dimmer switch. I believed this to be a feature added for matter 1.3, but I cannot get this to work. The switch is running latest firmware (1.0.5) and I contacted inovelli, which suggested HA as the culprit. Any idea why these values would not be reported?
