Annyone know if theres a way to have the new HA Voice PE show as a media player in Music Assistant?

Yes. You can have HA media player entities in MA.
Add Mediaplayer Provider "Home Assistant MediaPlayers" in the settings and select the Voice PE entity in its configuration.

do I have to have an external speak attached? I changed the settings and restarted and I still dont see it

No, you don't have to.
You should be able to find it on the integrations page, ESPHome and the Voice PE device.

I see the voice PE media player in the integrations page but I dont see it listed in Music Assistant

in music assistant , under player provider, home assistant. you add the media player entity.

my Voice PE is responding on 2 different speakers, the PE device and a sonos speaker I have ... Any ideas where thats configured?

In the Voice Assistant presentation video, they mentioned there is a slimproto player inside the Voice Assistant, but I'm not capable to pair it with the MA. I'd like to have this great feature that music is slightly silenced during the conversation. Has anyone experiance with that?

I don't think it's exposed, even if they use Slimproto player code inside. It's just ESPHome media_player that is accessible. You add VPE to HA, then use HA player provider in MA.
