I got to admit, in the new UI, I'm no longer how to find detections and submit them to Frigate+ for alot of my false positives. It was very easy in the older version. Where can I find this?

Which version are you referring to?
If you are referring to 0.15 beta, then you do it in the explore view
Just open the explore view, press more filters and select the has snapshot filter and submitted to frigate+ filter and apply, this will be the optimal way to submit new images to Frigate+
