Newly installed Eufy Door Lock on Matter No Longer Reachable

I installed a Eufy C34 Door lock. It is one of their Matter products. When I first installed it, it showed up just fine in Home Assistant and on the Eufy app on my iPhone. Now though, it shows as disabled in HA but is still on the Eufy app.

I've attached a screenshot from HA showing the info for the device, and then a screenshot of the Matter tab in the Eufy app itself.

How do I even diagnose why HA isn't seeing it any more? Here is what I've tried:

1. Ping
2. Reload matter integration

What else should I try?

I took a look at the logs on my matter add on and attached a picture of it here. Is this mDNS the real problem? What do I need to look for in my router? I've got an Asus RT-AX86U running AsusWrt-Merlin 3004.388..8_4.
