Hi guys, I’m new to Home Assistant and trying to set a Home Assistant Yellow with a Raspberry Pi Cm5. I ran into a problem with turn the HA yellow on. I plugged a PoE+ line into the HA Yellow and it only flashed LEDs lights once then stop. Then I unplugged it and try to reinstall the cm5 and try again but still not luck. So after some research, I went out and bought a 12V/2A adapter to try if it help, but it didn’t work.

If you get no lights, and you hook up a keyboard and monitor and see nothing, there isn't much we can do for you here. I would be prepared by making sure the poe switch and cable were ok. How, I don't know, but either the box died from something or the power killed it, I for sure don't know which. But I would not want to have a second one die if it's the cable, right?

Yeah that is what I try to figure as well. But I make sure the power input is what they put on the website - PoE+ line or a 12V/2A adapter which I tried both.
