#Matter server doesnt find Open Thread Border Router

Hello community

I have been trying to set up Matter over Thread for a few hours now but haven't been able to figure out the problem. I couldn't find anything useful in the logs (though I might have overlooked something due to a lack of knowledge). I'll try to explain the situation:

I have a SkyConnect connected to my Home Assistant, which is running on a Raspberry Pi 5.
The OTBR add-on is running, and the OTBR integration appears to be correctly pointing to the OTBR API. The OTBR web UI is also accessible.
Additionally, the Thread integration has found the OTBR, and it seems to be set as the "Preferred Network."

However, when I try to connect the Nanoleaf Matter Smart Bulb (which uses "Matter over Thread"), I get the error: "An OTBR is required."
My phone is on the same network as Home Assistant.

Make sure you've followed step 3 on https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/thread#case-1-making-home-assistant-your-first-thread-network to load the credentials for your thread network into your phone.

Other than that, could there be something in your network interfering with broadcasts or mdns? your phone has you be able to resolve mdns records published by the thread border router, and receive ipv6 router announcements from it too.
