Updated title to lake it more obvious.... Home assistant is giving me notifications asking me to scan a QR code in the 'home' app to pair my Chromecast over homekit.. how do I get rid of them?

The word "chose" is used because this is not an automatic notification. You had to have chosen to make a HomeKit bridge for this to appear.

Also it's not trying to pair to Home Assistant through Homekit...
Quite the opposite.
Home Assistant already finds any Google Cast device on the network through mDNS discovery. This is to add device controls for your Chromecast to Apple Home
