Hey HA community! Today I installed HA on an old iMac, and I was wondering if there were any recommendations to make the iMac a GUI dashboard on top of a server, or if I should just install KDE kiosk and do that.

It depends. If you are running HAOS on bare metal, a local GUI is not supported.
If you are using HAOS in a VM or are running HA as Docker image, you can use the base OS' UI and a browser with kiosk mode for example.

Do a backup, install Proxmox, create a HAOS VM, restore backup, spin up container or VM with a display driver.
