To Amazon Echo you mean?
Not directly, but with some script and Alexa Media.

Yes i mean to Amazon Echo. Alexa Media is installed and working. But what scrips do you mean?

Everyone these days wants to output to different speaker. 🙂
Script I'm talking about would be part of on_tts_response lambda in ESPHome firmware, and would call corresponding service in HA to output TTS to your Alexa.

actually i dont use sattelites. the echos in other rooms only play musik for my wife and kids.

so the echo in the living room is used to answer.
