Roku TV integration pausing or turning off, not toggling scene

I have 2 automations attached to 2 scenes, and 1 works but the other doesn't.

When I turn on my Roku TV, the lights dim. This works.

Using the same integration but for turning the lights back up when the TV is paused or turned off doesn't seem to toggle the scene.

Is there something I'm doing wrong? Can you not have multiple Triggers?

To further add to this. If I use the "Hisense•Roku TV - X002002328CE turned on or off" trigger, it works. So it's the "turned off" trigger which doesn't seem to actually work.
